1. Service Description

Digital Team Tasks is an internal team collaboration tool designed for marketing task management. The service provides:

• Task creation, assignment, and tracking
• Digital campaign and EDM campaign management
• Google Sheets integration for data synchronization
• Email notifications via Gmail API
• Team collaboration and comment features
• Role-based access control

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Digital Team Tasks, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms of Service
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are authorized to use this application on behalf of your organization
• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Account Creation

• You must authenticate using a valid Google account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not share your account credentials with others

3.2 Access Levels

The application provides different access levels:

• Team Members: Can create, view, and edit assigned tasks
• Campaign Editors: Can edit Digital Campaign and EDM tasks
• Managers: Have full access to all tasks and administrative functions

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Digital Team Tasks for:

• Managing marketing tasks and campaigns within your organization
• Collaborating with team members on projects
• Tracking task progress and deadlines
• Storing campaign-related information and documentation

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• The Digital Team Tasks application, code, design, and features are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

• Links to external websites are provided for convenience
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• Third-party services (Google) have their own terms and policies

6. Google Services Integration

6.1 Google OAuth Authentication

• You must authorize access to your Google account
• We only request necessary permissions (Sheets, Gmail)
• You can revoke access at any time through Google Account settings

6.2 Google Sheets

• Task data is stored in your organization's Google Sheet
• You must have appropriate permissions to the Sheet
• Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply

6.3 Gmail API

• Email notifications are sent using Gmail API
• You consent to receiving task-related emails
• Gmail's terms and policies apply to all emails

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data Storage

• Your data is stored in Google Sheets (your organization's infrastructure)
• Session data is stored locally in your browser
• We do not store your data on external servers

7.3 Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• However, no system is 100% secure
• You are responsible for your account security

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime and Reliability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions

11. Termination

• Delete your data from Google Sheets
