Step 1: Create Your Google Sheet

1. Go to Google Sheets
2. Create a new spreadsheet (name it "Task Board Data")
3. Copy the Spreadsheet ID from URL

Step 2: Enable Google Sheets API

1. Go to Google Cloud Console
2. Create a new project or select existing one
3. Go to "APIs & Services" → "Library"
4. Search for "Google Sheets API" and click Enable

Step 3: Create OAuth2 Credentials

1. Go to "APIs & Services" → "Credentials"
2. Click "Create Credentials" → "OAuth client ID"
3. If prompted, configure OAuth consent screen:
   • User Type: External (for testing)
   • App name: "Task Board App"
   • User support email: your email
   • Developer contact: your email
   • Save and continue through all steps
4. Back to Credentials → Create OAuth client ID
5. Application type: Web application
6. Name: "Task Board Client"
7. Authorized JavaScript origins: Add your URL
   • http://localhost:8080
   • https://your-domain.com (if deployed)
8. Click "Create" and copy the Client ID

Step 4: Configure & Authenticate

1. Paste your OAuth Client ID above
2. Paste your Spreadsheet ID above
3. Click "Save Configuration"
4. Click "Sign in with Google" to authenticate
5. Grant permissions when prompted
6. Now you can Push AND Pull automatically! 🎉
